Answer: By contacting the glass shop direct this will make sure you get the glass shop of your choice to do the job for you. We are a preferred network shop with all insurance companies and we will have to contact a third party administrator to file a quick glass claim regardless if you call your agent or not. Your agent in most cases do not file glass claims for you. The glass shop along with the third party administrator and the customer file the glass claim together. Once coverage is verified the third party administrator dispatches the work order to the glass shop to perform the work. In most cases the approval time is less than 5 minutes.
